lipka.com is a national court reporting firm first incorporated in New York City in 1997 and we are seeking court reporters for in-person work in Manhattan and White Plains as well as remote reporters state-wide.  We handle primarily commercial litigation, with a special emphasis on patent and antitrust, although we do have a need for less experienced reporters to handle the tort work we get from our government contract clients: The U.S. Attorney’s Office, District of Massachusetts (Boston); The U.S. Attorney’s Office, Southern District of New York (Manhattan); The U.S. Attorney’s Office Central District of California (Los Angles) and the U.S. Navy.  This type of work is primarily slip and fall, employment and med mal, and the depends tend to be half-day and regular delivery work, so it would be ideal for a new reporter to start out with.
